Since these cards are printed, folded, and packaged by one person, they are considered hand made goods. As such, there might be slight variations in each product. Please be mindful that there is room for handmade imperfections for each of these items. Thank you for your consideration.
We want you to love your purchase! Because our products are paper goods, certain limitations apply. Please read the following policy carefully.
1. All Sales Are Generally Final
Due to the nature of greeting cards and printed products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:
- The item arrives damaged
- We made an error in your order (wrong item or missing items)
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:
Include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item
- Clear photo of the package (if damaged)
We will replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.
3. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as Delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for:
- Lost packages
- Stolen packages
- Packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees.
4. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase, provided they have not shipped yet.
Please email us immediately if you need to cancel.
Once an order enters processing or ships, it cannot be canceled.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Greeting cards
- Stickers
- Magnets
- Digital downloads (if applicable)
- Custom or personalized items
- Sale items or bundles
6. Refunds (If Approved)
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Refund processing may take 3–10 business days depending on your bank
- Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the error was on our end)
7. Wholesale Orders (If Applicable)
Wholesale return policies may differ.
Defective items from wholesale shipments must be reported within 5 business days of delivery.
Unauthorized reselling or altering our artwork is prohibited.
